Thermostat Widget gets MIN/MAX wrong from HA generic themostat

I have a HA generic thermostat entity with in of 35 and max of 50. Within HA that is picked up correctly is a make a lovelace card but when I create an HH thermostat widget from that entity it set min/max to 15 and 35.

Worse is that I can’t change the vaules in the UI making the widget useless. :(.

ok finally got it to accepted edited max/min. but still the initial issue remains
