Could you add to your ideas to add widget eg: switch which has a option were we can specify time of action of the day, or start delay. Thank you in advance.

Do you mean like automate a switch or just delay a one-off switch action?
I think here about timer function for light, switches, rooms where I can specify, ie mode of work, day of week, and time (or time frames) where ie: item will change state or will trigger some function, scene etc…
Gira HomeServer have similar function
If I understood you correctly, wouldn’t timer functionality be something that hub would handle better?
these type of functions already I have implemented as a rules from the openhab side, but would be good to have from application side,
