When searching for sensors/items from my Home Assistant instance I can see the nice name and actual sensor name. But I suspect the search feature just searches the nice name… Is this correct?
Ideally it would search both…
Item picker searches in integration name, item name, item secondary name (entity id in HA) and attribute name. Can you give an example of search query and items that it does not find (screenshot if possible)?
I can’t seem to replicate it anymore so let’s put it down to user error
