Anyone got any thoughts on how we could run HomeHabit on a raspberry pi? I picked up a 22" HP touchscreen monitor and would like to us it as my main control panel…
While I’ve never attempted this myself, I saw several blog posts on installing Android OS on Raspberry Pi. After OS is installed, I don’t think it should be any different than setting up Fire tablet with PlayStore services to install apps.
This wouldn’t be a supported setup though
Please take a look for similar solution for android auto for rp, I think that it is possible to achieve,Regards Slawek
hey, did you manage to achieve this?
Haven’t tried yet…
I use HomeHabit in 24" HP touchscreen. Raspberry Pi3 + android pie https://pcmac.biz/android-pie-with-gapps-on-raspberry-pi/ + HomeHabit.apk.
Works great
@Maroko1991 you able to post any images or details?
I am using an Odroid XU4 and HP 23" touchscreen to do the same!
Im running it on a Raspberry Pi 4. and the monitor is a Acer monitor.
i followed this guide and it worked perfectly.
Nice! How much RAM do you have in yours? I would try but mine only has 1GB.
