Problems with camera and screen rules

Hi, I have a problem with the “hide camera” rule. The “show camera” rule does two things:

  1. opens new window
  2. shows camera preview in this new window.

The “hide camera” rule stops the camera preview but it doesn’t close the window. It looks like on the attached picture.

How to close it automatically?

@szmydu When hide camera rule runs and it goes into that state, can you upload debug logs from Support screen right after?
What is the device model and Android OS version?

I checked it on the current release and the preview window now dissapears :slight_smile: But I also found two problems:

  1. Screen off rules doesn’t work.
  2. Camera preview dissapears too quick.

The video preview window shows and disapears with delay. This delay results from switches refreshing delay. Can I change it somewhere ?

I also uploaded debug log (in app option). I tested it on Samsung A53.

@szmydu Thanks for the video, this is very helpful.
Do you have any issues with camera preview disappearing when opening the popup manually (on widget tap) or only when it’s opened from a rule?

The issue is only when camera preview is opened from a rule.
