Language/Metrics Settings for OpenWeather

Hi everyone,

I did not find a reference on how to use a specific language und units with the OpenWeather integration.

The OpenWeather API is capable of that (add lang=de to receive German description instead of English).
Same with units (units=metric).

@HolgerD I will look into adding support for language selection.
For units, temperature values should be automatically converted based on Fahrenheit/Celsius selection in Settings. Conversion for other units is not supported right now, but it is planned.
