Can someone explain me how does this work?

I’m trying to get a view on the dashboard that tells the price of electricity for the next few hours. There are websites in question, but I don’t know how to retrieve the necessary data from them.

I found e.g. this API but I can’t get it to work: https://api.spot-hinta.fi/JustNow/html?fontSize=200&darkBackground=true&nextHour=true&numberOfDecimals=2
