Hours format 24h display in weather integrations /« today » i18n

Hello,

It would be nice to have the possibility to display another format as am/pm timeformat for the weather forecasts.

It would be nice to have a way to customize the « today » text as well.

Both of these proposals can be a part of a i18n system to implement.

Hmm, it should automatically pickup time format from the system based on locale. Can you check if the clock widget also shows time in 12h instead of 24h?
