As per the title, i encountered this today after setting the “Home App - Allow to be used as a Home App”
I had to clear storage ( hope i made a backup recently!! ) to be able to launch it again.
Once i was back in with a reset HH ( just a single ‘Clock’ widget ), i retested and the same issue occurs.
Pls let me know if you want some logs if you cannot reproduce.
