Is it possible to be able to create a group on an icon, and when you click on this icon, opens a small window, with several icons. to be able to create a group of lights for example, which once clicked, opens this window with the different lights?

Currently there is no “popup dashboard” functionality, all widgets should be placed on regular dashboard pages. There were similar feature requests in the past, so some version of this functionality might be available in the future.
