Better way to display traffic cameras?

In the legacy version I used the “image” widget to display a traffic camera.
I’m attempting to use the “web” widget now to show the same camera.

It seems to work okay except I don’t quite like the white bar, previously it was black. And also the image seems compressed compared to the same image in the legacy app…

Can anyone suggest a better way to do this? Maybe an “image” widget is a better way to go?

There is now a camera widget that would be used for this use case. However, it does not support static URLs yet.

Cool, because even my local security cameras are viewed as a static image in OpenHAB.

Next version will have support for URL from string items in OpenHAB.
